CTET July Online Apply:- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the date of application and exam for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to be held on 5 July 2020. Applications for the 14th edition of the CTET will begin on 24 January 2020. The exam will be conducted in 112 cities in the country in 20 languages.
Its full report will be released on 24 January 2020. It will contain information about the exam, qualification, criteria, languages, syllabus, exam fee, exam city and important dates. You can see the detailed schedule of the CTET by visiting the official website of ctet.nic.in. CBSE has clarified that applications can be made only through the official portal.
The last date for submission of online application is 24 February 2020. Students can pay the fee by 3:30 pm on 27 February 2020. For general and OBC category, the application fee for only one question paper is Rs 1000, while the application fee for both the papers is Rs 1200. At the same time, the application fee for one question paper for SC, ST and handicapped is Rs.500 and the application fee for both question papers is 1200 rupees.
CBSE conducts CTET examination twice every year. The first examination is held in the month of July and the second of December.
Successful candidates participating in CTET Paper-1 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for classes 1 to 5. Whereas successful candidates who sit in Paper-2 will be considered eligible for teacher recruitment for classes 6th to 8th.
